Mr. Timothy Nkoreki Akampurira is the Founding and Managing Partner of PierPoint Law Advocates LLP, where he provides strategic leadership and oversees the firm’s vision, growth, and client service excellence. He is also one of Uganda’s emerging commercial lawyers with a practice focused on complex corporate transactions, strategic dispute resolution, commercial law and litigation, regulatory advisory, project development and cross-border investments.

A seasoned Advocate of the High Court of Uganda known for delivering pragmatic and lasting
legal solutions who is: a member of both the Uganda Law Society and the East Africa Law Society and; a member of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators – UK and the CIArb Uganda Chapter.

He holds a Master of Laws degree (LL.M) in Commercial and Corporate Law from the University
of Southampton, a Bachelor of Laws degree (LL.B) from Makerere University Kampala and, a
Postgraduate Diploma in Legal Practice from the Law Development Center (LDC) Kampala.
